WOODSTOCK — Woodstock’s November 3 election will use Woodstock Middle School for Election Day voting and Town Hall for the two-week early-voting period, according to town and state election records.
Polls are scheduled to open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Woodstock Middle School, 147B Route 169. The town warns that the building entrance may vary and tells voters to follow posted signs or ask a constable for directions.
Early voting runs October 19 through November 1. The Secretary of the State’s location list, updated October 8, identifies Meeting Room 1 at Woodstock Town Hall, 415 Route 169. Woodstock’s own registrar page describes the location as the lower level of Town Hall.
The town lists October 16 as the regular voter-registration deadline. Absentee ballots became available October 2. Same-day registration is available during the early-voting period and on Election Day for eligible voters, but the Secretary of the State notes that Election Day registration is conducted at a designated registration site, not at the ordinary polling place.
The state’s sample-ballot directory was updated October 6 but did not yet provide a linked Woodstock ballot in the version checked October 13. That means this report does not name or infer the town’s candidate roster. Voters should use the Secretary of the State’s directory or contact Woodstock’s registrars when the official ballot becomes available.
The registrar page lists Monday office hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a Town Hall address of 415 Route 169. Because early-voting hours and any entrance instructions can change, voters should verify them before traveling.
