WILLIMANTIC — Dance, live music and visual art will share the stage when Eastern Connecticut State University presents “Syzygy” November 12–15 at the Fine Arts Instructional Center.

The production, announced by the university Wednesday, is the second mainstage show of the fall season. Theatre professor Alycia Bright-Holland directs, with musical direction by music professor Okon Hwang.

Five alumni contribute choreography: Charliece Salters, Shatima Cruz, Zoe Czerenda, Chayanne McNeil and Zolah Daley. The program also includes student musicians and artwork by professors Tao Chen and Soojin Kim, bringing several campus arts disciplines into one production.

The project marks ten years of the Fine Arts Instructional Center. Its title evokes alignment, a theme Bright-Holland connects with the ways different art forms interact and with the experiences alumni bring back to Eastern.

Performances in the Delmonte Bernstein Studio Theater are scheduled for Thursday, November 12, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, November 13, at 5:30 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, November 14–15, at 2 p.m.

The university lists admission at $20 for the general public, $12 for Eastern faculty, staff and alumni, $10 for senior citizens, and $5 for other students and groups of ten or more. Eastern students can reserve a free ticket by completing the short survey linked on the ticketing page.

Tickets and student-reservation instructions are available through the university box office’s “Syzygy” page. The Fine Arts Instructional Center is at 83 Windham Street. The box office says in-person ticket purchases require a debit or credit card.
