WILLINGTON — Melissa Page was sentenced August 18 to three years in prison, suspended after 16 months served, followed by three years of probation for a third operating-under-the-influence conviction, the Tolland Judicial District State’s Attorney announced.
A Rockville Superior Court jury found Page guilty May 21. Prosecutors linked the conviction to a December 28, 2024 single-vehicle crash on Lakeview Drive in Coventry.
According to the evidence described by the state, the vehicle struck an occupied residence. The state’s release says Page’s two prior OUI convictions were entered September 20, 2017.
The sentence described in the August release supersedes earlier reports that listed a prospective sentencing date. The suspended portion does not mean that all three years were ordered served immediately.
This is a dated court-outcome report, not a new crash alert. The source reviewed does not establish a later appellate outcome.
