BOSTON — Payton Pritchard scored 28 points off the bench as the Celtics beat the Chicago Bulls 134–99 at TD Garden on Monday, October 26, according to Boston’s official game report.

Pritchard made all five of his three-point attempts in the third quarter and scored 19 points in the period. Boston stretched a seven-point advantage to 104–73 by the quarter’s end, taking control while Jayson Tatum spent much of that run on the bench.

The Celtics’ reserves outscored Chicago’s bench 79–33. Pritchard finished with seven three-pointers in 10 attempts, while Tatum contributed 23 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

Boston’s outside shooting and rebounding helped build the margin: the team made 21 of 44 three-pointers and collected 54 rebounds to Chicago’s 40, according to the Celtics. The NBA’s game recap lists Boston at 2–1 and Chicago at 1–3 after the result.
