LEBANON — Property owners required to connect to Lebanon’s sewer system have until November 2 to pay the second 2026 sewer-use installment before it becomes delinquent, according to the town’s Water Pollution Control Authority notice.
The annual charge was divided into two equal installments due April 1 and October 1. The notice says the October installment becomes delinquent after November 2 and warns that property owners will not receive a second bill for it.
This deadline applies to sewer-use accounts for properties required to connect; it is not a new tax deadline for every Lebanon household.
The town says delinquent balances accrue interest from the installment date at 1.5% per month, with a $2 minimum. Failure to receive a bill does not cancel the amount due or the applicable interest.
Payments may be mailed or delivered to the Tax Collector at Town Hall, 579 Exeter Road. The Tax Office lists hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, and closure Wednesday. It also lists online sewer-bill payment, with transaction fees disclosed on the town site.
Account-specific questions should go to the Lebanon Tax Office at 860-642-7222. Property owners should use the official town payment links and confirm processing time before the deadline.
