KILLINGLY — Two adults face charges stemming from an October 28 disturbance at the Target parking lot in Killingly Commons, WINY reported Friday, citing Killingly police.
Officers and Troop D troopers responded around 4:10 p.m. to a report of juveniles yelling at one another. Police alleged that Jesseniah Diaz, 20, of Mansfield became combative with responders and later kicked a medical technician and punched a trooper in the face at a hospital, according to WINY.
Diaz was charged with assault on public safety personnel, interfering with officers and second-degree breach of peace. WINY reported that she appeared in Danielson Superior Court October 29 and had since been released from custody.
Phillip Malbaurn, 20, of Plainfield was charged with interfering with officers and second-degree breach of peace in the same investigation. He was released on a $2,000 bond and is scheduled for Danielson Superior Court November 10, the station reported.
The charges are allegations; neither arrest establishes guilt.
