HEBRON — The town selected Marc Strange as its next town manager, announcing a four-year contract with a two-year renewal option in a September 9 release.
The announcement lists September 21 as his first day and an annual salary of $170,000. A formal appointment was scheduled for the September 17 Town Council meeting.
Strange previously served as Ludlow, Massachusetts, town administrator beginning in 2022 and as Agawam’s planning and community development director.
His background includes public procurement, personnel management, municipal budgeting and legal practice. The town says he holds a marketing-management degree and a law degree.
