WINY Radio published an appeal Wednesday morning, October 14, reporting a Silver Alert for a 17-year-old missing from Groton since October 10. Eastern CT News read the complete original caption; no disappearance circumstances or new search location were established in it.
The station directs information to Groton police at 860-441-6712. The Town of Groton Police Department’s official website independently confirms that number as its non-emergency contact.
An official issuance notice or current resolution was not independently obtained from the department sources reviewed. Readers should consult the original appeal and police for the latest status. This brief omits the minor’s name, birth date, image and other identifying details and does not claim an independently confirmed urgent warning.
