COLCHESTER — Colchester will recount its votes in the State House District 48 contest between Bob Fernandez and Mark DeCaprio at 9 a.m. Sunday, November 8, according to the town’s November 6 announcement.
The recanvass will take place in Room 1 at Town Hall, 127 Norwich Avenue. District 48 also includes Lebanon, Franklin and Bozrah; the announced time and location concern Colchester’s count.
