Full-time leadership of shared municipal and school facilities operations, capital planning, budgeting, projects and staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture/design, engineering, public administration or a related field; at least five years of progressively responsible facilities-management experience including two years of supervisory or managerial experience; and a valid driver’s license.
