Compensation: $40.27–$52.34/hour ($73,573.29–$95,625.18/year)
Full-time, 35-hour position on a four-day workweek, with occasional emergency evening, weekend or holiday work. Requires high-school-equivalent education and considerable building, trade, inspection or code-enforcement experience; Connecticut Assistant Building Official licensure and a valid driver’s license are required at hire, with specified ICC exams due within one year.
