Utility Operations Manager — Ledyard WPCA

Permanent part-time position, 10–20 hours/week, with flexible hybrid work and evening WPCA meetings. Manage water/wastewater contracts, compliance, budgets and capital planning. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with significant municipal water utility management experience, plus at least four years of progressively responsible utility operations/management experience and a valid driver’s license.
