Correctional Plumber and Steamfitter — Multiple Locations

Recruitment for current and upcoming vacancies at correctional facilities in Montville, Brooklyn, East Lyme and Hartford. This recruitment may fill openings as they arise over the next year; it does not guarantee an immediate vacancy at every location. Full-time, 40 hours, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Duties include plumbing and heating-system maintenance and supervision of assigned inmate work. Requires three years of plumbing or steamfitting experience, including one highly skilled year, with stated substitutions available. Licensure is preferred rather than required to qualify.
