Janet Plikus, 56, of New London, CT — Arrested October 25 and charged with second-degree breach of peace, evading responsibility (hit-and-run) and third-degree criminal mischief. Ledyard Police alleged she intentionally struck another vehicle during a dispute and left before officers arrived. Waterford Police detained her and transferred her to Ledyard Police. Police said she was released on a $10,000 surety bond with an October 26 court date.
